Joe Biden is a proven leader who alone has beaten Trump for president. Congressional leaders, who have trouble renewing their own majorities, should back off the president and tend to their own knitting. The time spent during the Republican National Convention snipping at Joe when they should have been capitalizing on Trumps negative comparison to Democrats, may have cost the nation a free and fair election with Biden winning again. I’m disgusted with leadership that they have let petty grievances overwhelm their attention on age bias instead of on actual accomplishments the past 3-1/2 years.
Many Democrats have already forgotten that dwelling on faux grievance, birthing and now age have permitted Republicans to elect a congress 2 years ago, a president 8 years ago and maybe a repeat president in 2024. Hillary was sunk over false accusations of bigots. Obama won despite birther comments because he stayed the course. Biden was elected and delivered despite his age on promises to voters. Get off his back immediately and let him win reelection.
